Tips to Control Your Anger

Anger always generate bad result we know but can not control it this reactions comes
due to many reasons we need to identify those reasons first then avoid it here are some
tips to control the anger .

Always feel Cool and keep your mind relex whenever you find some wrong things do not
get emotions instantly just think for a while and find the solution for it because
something has been broken now option is you only can repair it.

Feel relex and start deep breathing that focus on mind , move yourself if your sitting
then stand up , wash your face , drink cold water .

Always keep positive thinking many times that is the reason of angreness.

keep yourself busy in some sports or excercise like gym , swimming , boxing etc so have
place where your release your high temper .

Communicate with others if you are frustrated and find the right way if you keep the
problem just till you than your temper will remain high .
