Whenever we talk about to be smart we find many excercises and dieting ways and we try to follow them but it is always hard to atempt and we leave in the middle , many times we do hard work but no results and become more frustrated we get advices from doctors and get different ways from different resources but could not apply many people wants there should be something which is without excercise and diet plans and they donot have to go from the fast process here is some techniques we have taken by which you can be smart without diet plans and exercise.


Never go from the process of Fast especially do not leave break fast because you already hungry from 8 to 10 hours and break fast make your body system better to digest extra calories and if you leave the breakfast usually effect come on your face and chest and not on the full body your thigh , legs , hips size remain same.

There is some food which is called nagative calories food in real there is no nagative calories food but it burns more colories to digest that food . These food helps to balance the calories in the body , like some part of cabbage that has 25 calories so it require 80 calories to digest it .

Eat plume-alum food it has quality that you feel full your stomack early and it has less calories it also help to save from heart problem , digestion , constipation and cholesterol .

Take 8 glasses of water daily it help your body to be fit with out excercise because it remove extra cell from the body . it also help to feel less hungreness and it remove fat to the body . as much you take water your fat will remove and it has no harm .

Be active spend time in work in your office and home try to follow the hobbies always do your work by yourself , make a habit of always walk fast it help to burn calories .

Do not eat food quickly Chew your food properly , slowly and enjoy your food because it burns more calories than you eat quickly .

Never leave any diet or excercise suddenly because when you do that your weight will increase more fast then before the excercise you started gradully leave the excercise but always try to follow weather less it will always give you some benefit.

We all accept the importance of calcuim specially for strong bones and also know that milk is best source for calcuim but in the world there is wrong perception about milk that it is only good for bones but actually calcium also help other parts of body and help to maintain the system it is quit happen that when we face the problem of bones than we move to have milk but in real we should make the habit of having milk daily so we do not have to face that problem in future there is also wrong perception of many people that only children needs milk because this is the time of growing and when young people drink milk it become funny but in real it is good for children as their bones become stronger but also as age increases the required of calcium also increases specially after crossing the 50 and if we keep the habit of having milk daily it will help in the old age .

Home Remedies for Muscles Pains :

In our daily life we have to face many muscles pains and immediately we do not find remedies and we depend on others for it there are some great home remedies which can apply immediately to relieve the pain .


To remove muscles cramps use clove oil on affected area.

To remove muscles pain take equal ginger and turmeric paste, make it heat then apply.

If you get sprain take raw onions cut them and put into the towel than apply on the pain area another remedy is take equal quantity of almond oil and garlic oil and massage on the specific part .

To remove a rib pain make thick paste of turmeric with hot water apply this on the rib for better result you can massage with turmeric oil .
