Healthy Food Tips :

Avoid packaged Food mostly meat , fruits and vegatable are in unnecessary packaging which can be
nagative impact on health . Buy only where fresh food are available .

Donot use raw eggs when you are ill , pragnant or in the old age and never give to children under five year of age because it contain risk of food poisoning .

Whenever you feel your hair is dull it indicate that your diet is not good . you are lake of calories or protein in this case concentrate on your food more and move to foods like chicken , fish , beans which has higher protiens .

Never take heavy caffiene drinks , meat and water before sleep .

For healthy body foods with protiens are very important because protein in body works for different things protein works for repairing body tissue , bones or muscles it keep the heart pumping, help for breathing it regulate different body functions , protien also protect from the diseases .

Foods which are sources for proteins are beans , almond , cheese , yogurt , wheat , milk , peanuts , fish , lamb etc .
