Sugar disease and sugar addiction is being famous for quite long time and its increasing
very fast if you see group of people in which many of them would have that problem .
this problem mostly found in old age people there fore people who are younger and middle aged
they also take care their diet specially avoid much sugar so they can be save in their old age.

Use more fruits instead of other foods but make sure to consult with docter because fruits are good source of energy but it also include much sugar so eat those which docter prescribed and many time when sugar level is became low than to increase the level of sugar just give preference to fruits.
Exercise is the solution of all problems so for sugar too keep join yourself with excercise at any age it will maintain your sugar level because with diet and excercise combination make the life healthy.
Tension , stress is big problem for this deasese even you maintain your diet and excercise but take much stress and tention than there is no benefits for your workhard always live relex , enjoy spend good times with others associate yourself with good things dont spend much time alone .
